Maisie Graduates (or promotes, or something)

This was a big year for Maisie. Not only did she start Young Women's, but she left her grade school behind. Newman had some good and bad memories for sure, but in the long run, I think it treated her well.

We were exceptionally pleased to learn that Maisie won the award for Outstanding Academic Excellence!

After hearing some speakers, and listening to the kids sing a few songs, it was time for Maisie to receive her diploma.

No longer will Maisie have any reason to walk these halls, unless she's a visitor.

Strange for her, I'm sure. Even stranger for us as parents. Maisie has left her permanent mark on the school, though.

She's glad to have her friend Caden going to Clayton with her next year.

We're proud of Maisie for her academics, as well as her ability to handle some of the difficulties that faced her in school this year. We know she'll do well as she applies herself to a new school, and the new challenges ahead!
